Sure, just 'wipe' it clean.
Last week a judge in
He ruled against a bank.
Unfortunately, it was the wrong decision.

As much as I hate banks, this was the wrong ruling to be made.
This couple knew what they were doing when they refinanced their home with 'sub-prime' money for much more than what the home was worth.
No one put a gun to their heads to borrow money that they KNEW that they could never repay.
These bankers might have been 'pricks' when foreclosing on this couple, not willing to work with them, but in the end, it's the couple's responsibility.
I'm sick and tired of no self-responsibility.
"Everybody else is to blame, not me."
That's bullshit.
When this couple signed the paperwork for their loans they KNEW what they were doing; they KNEW that they were overextending themselves, they KNEW that they could never repay this loan if needed, they KNEW that they were being irresponsible, but like everyone else, they didn't care!
The banks get in trouble, the government bails them out.
The car companies get in trouble, the government bails them out.
Now these irresponsible borrowers get in trouble, again, the (state) government bails them out.
When is it ever going to end?
This Country was built on free-enterprise; the idea that you take a chance, and you have the freedom TO take a chance, and IF you make it, you can make it big, and if not, than you fail, but at least you had the chance.
In other words, if you fail than you FAIL, you file bankruptcy and move on. You might lose your business, or inventory, or yes maybe even your home, but that is the price paid in the free-enterprise system.
Except now in
Now everybody wants a bailout.
Even the judicial system is caught up in this insanity.
These people will lose on appeal because in law, contracts are pretty ironclad.
These people will lose their house and I'm sorry for them.
Unfortunately, this is the 'other side' of the
It's called:
